The story so far
Four hundred tees for a tour, quoted Monday and on the merch table by the end of the month. We have never held a box.

The sample came back with the neck tape wrong. We changed it and the run went out right. That is the whole value.
We stopped guessing minimums. Two hundred is a real number now, not a rounding error we eat.

Customs used to be a week of email. It is now a dropdown and I have stopped thinking about it.

Client asked for a colourway on a Thursday. Quoted Friday. That pace is the product.

Six hundred readers, six hundred shirts, no warehouse. I still find that slightly absurd.
The margin report is the first one I have had that I did not need to rebuild in a spreadsheet.
Printed in the country it ships to. Our returns halved because it arrives in three days, not three weeks.

We ran four drops in a season with the same two people. Previously that was a full-time job and a storage unit.

Twenty-five units on most blanks, one on a sample. Below twenty-five the unit cost stops making sense and we will tell you so rather than take the order.
Quotes inside a day. A sample in about nine. A production run of two hundred in two to three weeks depending on the decoration and where it ships from.
Audited factories we hold contracts with. You see the line, its certifications and its lead time before you accept a quote, not after.
We remake it. If the fault is ours you are not charged twice, and the sample stage exists so this is a rare conversation rather than a routine one.
No. You can use the drop page we generate, or keep your own shop and call the API. Most people start with the first and move to the second.
Yes, on the team plan. Bring the line, keep the tooling, and use the rest of the stack for quoting, payment and shipping.
